Back in the hotel room after a full day at Webstock. First up registration and picking up the conference goodie bag. A great selection of loot inside.

Next was Kathy Sierra’s all-day workshop on “Creating Passionate Users”. This was excellent and very thought provoking. Covering ground including the importance of addressing the brain rather than the mind, get users to the “kick ass” level (leaving the “suck level” behind) and basically making your users feel like they rule!

Afterwards a group moved up to the Leuven Belgian bar in Featherstone Street and from there to Courtney Place and Nicolini’s Italian Ristorante. Excellent.
